Expo - VINE Faith in Action - Promoting quality of life and a culture of caring

The Love Your Age VINE’s 55+ Expo presented by Monarch Healthcare Management will be held on Tuesday, September 17 at the Mayo Clinic Heath System Event Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Attendees can visit with vendors, collect goodies, play games, socialize with peers, listen to informative presentations and sign up for a chance to win door prizes.

VINE’s Health and Wellness team will be offering free balance assessments and blood pressure checks. Attendees can also get their vaccines at the expo (shingles, pneumonia, RSV, flu, and COVID). We will also have free snacks and water.

SCHEDULE

1 – 4 pm: Expo (in Grand Hall)

Free goodie bags to first 800 attendees
Visit with vendors in the Grand Hall

1:30 – 5 pm: Entertainment Stage (in Banquet Hall)

1:30-2 pm: VINE Stompers performance
2:15-2:45 pm: Chair Yoga Exercise Class
3-3:30 pm: “Healthy Eating As You Age” presented by Monarch Healthcare Management Registered Dietitians
4-5 pm: “Where are they now? Life After Retirement” panel discussion with local retired celebrities.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available in the Civic Center ramp. Entrance to the ramp is available off of Riverfront Drive and Walnut Street. There is also free on-street parking near the civic center.
