Join us for a supportive conversation exploring the guilt that often accompanies caregiving. Examine common sources of caregiver guilt, learn practical ways to reframe self-blaming thoughts and discuss coping strategies that can help lighten the emotional load.
In the summer of 1994, a small group of people sat around a kitchen table and discussed how to create a safe and effective way for people to help their neighbors. VINE is redefining aging and promoting the wellbeing of aging adults through programming, services, and community engagement.
