ECUADOR
Join Linda and Karen as they share stories and highlights from their travels through Ecuador. Discover Quito, one of the highest capital cities in the world, nestled in the Andes and home to a UNESCO World Heritage historic district featuring stunning churches, the presidential palace and the Archbishop’s Palace. Experience breathtaking mountain views from a gondola ride, learn about a unique equatorial phenomenon called the Coriolis Effect and journey to Otavalo, known for its vibrant Indigenous culture. They’ll share visits to a waterfall, traditional music, wool-spinning demonstrations and a glimpse into daily life in an Indigenous home.

Our full-service fitness center is non-intimidating and features state-of-the-art strength training equipment. Our exercise equipment is easy to use and reduces stress on your joints. The smart-card technology personalizes your training, while keeping track of your progress. Professional staff and trained volunteers are always available to help.

No matter the weather outside, our cushioned walking track is always the perfect 70 degrees inside, with 360-degree views of the Minnesota River Valley. Research shows that a flat, firm, but not too hard surface is the best for older knees and joints.
