The Love Your Age VINE’s 55+ Expo presented by Monarch Healthcare Management will be held on Tuesday, September 16 at the Mankato Civic Center (1 Civic Center Plaza, Mankato) for 1-4 pm.

The event is free and open to the public. Attendees can visit vendors, socialize with peers, listen to informative presentations, get free health assessments, sign up for door prizes and more. Free parking is available in the Civic Center parking ramp.

1 – 4 pm: Expo (in Grand Hall)

Free goodie bags to first 1,000 attendees
Visit with vendors in the Grand Hall

1:30 – 4:30 pm: Entertainment Stage (in Banquet Hall)

1:30 – 2 pm: VINE Stompers performance
2:15 – 3 pm: “Healthy Eating As You Age” by Monarch Registered Dietitian, Daeshaundra Popp
3:15 – 3:45 pm: Chair Yoga Class
4 – 4:30 pm: “Aging in Place” by Mikayla Vogel, River’s Edge Hospital Occupational Therapist

Where can I park?

Free parking is available in the Civic Center ramp. Entrance to the ramp is available off of Riverfront Drive and Walnut Street. There is also free on-street parking near the civic center.

What time should I arrive?

You can visit anytime between 1-4 pm at the Mankato Civic Center.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes, we have handicap parking available and the building is ADA compliant.

Do I have to be present to win a door prize?

We will be announcing door prize after the event and will contact the winners directly.
