Grief, an intense deep sorrow that is often overwhelming, emotional and long lasting, is usually experienced after a loss of some kind. This course is designed to help you release some
of your grief through breathing and movement exercises. The exercises will be done from a chair and are suitable for anyone experiencing any type of loss (loss of a loved one, loss of health, loss of innocence due to trauma, loss associated with caregiving, etc.). This is not a support group, but is facilitated by Instructor, Nancy Cole.
