TAPfit® is a tap dance fitness program that supercharges your brain and body. This workout puts you back in control of your body, strengthens your neural pathways brain and how you age while you enjoy rhythmic beats of tap dance. No dance experience necessary. Regularly scheduled classes will begin in October.
