How to Regain Control of Your Pelvic Floor

According to the CDC, more than half of adults over the age of 65 experience some degree of urinary or bowel incontinence. While the problem is prevalent it shouldn’t be “expected.” This session will address issues associated with pelvic floor health, including incontinence and constipation. Solutions that involve behavior change, exercise, and nutrition will be presented. Come join in the conversation. There will be time for a simple exercise demonstration and questions! The presentation will be recorded and emailed to all who pre-register.
