Caregivers are welcome to join us for this experience at Menari. Practitioners will use instruments to produce sound frequencies that will stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms to reduce stress and anxiety so often experienced by caregivers. Chairs or yoga mats are provided. Scones and hot tea will be served. Registration is required by November 20.
