yoga while seated or next to a chair.

A gentle form of yoga that is done seated or using the chair for balance making the class accessible to all. This class is in person or can be done in real time via Zoom when preregistered.

This new group fitness class focuses on exercising large and fine motor muscles for those with Parkinson’s disease. Class includes warm up, group activity and stretching with balance.
Trained instructors will modify activities based on participant’s abilities.
Level 2 may include jogging, jumping, twisting and constant movement. Weights, kickboards and noodles are often incorporated

Yoga for Health is a class to promote physical and mental well-being. It covers a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques all aimed at improving health and vitality. A good class for all levels, floor work is incorporated into the practice.
