Chair yoga offers the benefits of yoga while seated or next to a chair. Chair-based classes geared toward all fitness levels.
May include jogging, jumping twisting and constant movement. Weights, kickboards and noodles are incorporated.
Gentle Yoga focuses on moving slowly through poses with awareness on form and breath.
