This class is designed for people who want improved physical fitness with a variety of exercises; suitable for people with little or no difficulty with balance and walking.
Combo Fit offers a focused combination of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises – lots of movement and a good sweat. Level 3
Warm water exercise is one of the most effective and gentle activities for improving older adult’s health. No swimming experience needed.
Level 1 Gentle movement including walking, stretching and balance activities. May include noodles
Lap Swim. Registration is required.
Cardio-Strength is a high-intensity class. Participants must get down and up from the floor with relative ease. Level 4
Level 2 may include jogging, jumping, twisting and constant movement. Weights, kickboards and noodles are often incorporated
