Start the week out right with this energizing full body work out. This free form class will leave your mind and body ready for the week.
This class is designed for people who want improved physical fitness with a variety of exercises; suitable for people with little or no difficulty with balance and walking.
Chair Yoga offers the benefits of yoga while seated or next to a chair.
Aqua 2: Jogging, jumping, twisting & constant movement.
Combo Fit offers a focused combination of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises – lots of movement and a good sweat. Level 3
Warm water exercise is one of the most effective and gentle activities for improving older adult’s health. No swimming experience needed.
Level 1 Gentle movement including walking, stretching and balance activities. May include noodles.

A gentle form of yoga that is done seated or using the chair for balance making the class accessible to all. This class is in person or can be done in real time via Zoom when preregistered.
