VINE’s 89-degree heated pool is used for exercise classes and swimming. An accessibility lift allows adults of varying degrees of ability to enjoy the pool. Help us keep our pool clean. Please shower with soap before entering the pool.
Space is limited during lap swimming times. Please register in advance.
SERENE SILENT MEDITATION

meditation. Experience the benefits
of stillness and mindfulness. Turn
your attention inward, letting go of
external distractions.
Start your day with some gentle stretches. Staying flexible can help you move better throughout your day and prevent common muscle injuries. This 45-minute class you will move through simple stretch that will target your upper, middle and lower body muscles. Some stretches will be done from the floor. Warming up your muscles prior to class is recommended.
YOGA FOR HEALTH

Yoga for Health is a class to promote physical and mental well-being. It covers a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques all aimed at improving health and vitality. A good class for all levels, floor work is incorporated into the practice.
MIND SHARPENER

Is your mind not as sharp as it used to be? If so, this class is for you. This 12-week cognitive training course is suitable for those with normal memory and is meant to help people train their brain. Class members meet twice a week with trained VINE staff to work on six different cognitive domains. Participants will meet with Dr. Jeff Buchanan, MSU Psychology Professor, prior to the course to complete a pre-test and are given the option of participating in a research study.
