Thanks to some angel donors, a local couple who believe in VINE’s mission, the VINE Adult Community Center will be undergoing improvements, including a parking lot expansion and renovations to improve accessibility of the building and add more space to exercise and socialize. Construction will begin in May and be completed by the end of the year.

In the summer of 1994, a small group of people sat around a kitchen table and discussed how to create a safe and effective way for people to help their neighbors. By developing a simple organization, where volunteers who want to help are matched with people who need a helping hand, everyone benefits. In February 1995, VINE officially began.
VINE is redefining aging and promoting the wellbeing of aging adults through programming, services, and community engagement.
VINE serves older adults and their family caregivers, with a special emphasis on working with community members who seek to age to the max – caring for themselves and others, regardless of their years or means.
